The adjustable gate valve lockout device is versatile and economical. It adjusts to fit valve handles from 1" to 6-1/2" in diameter, replacing three conventional valve lockout devices.
Adjustable gate valve lockout device, made of durable polypropylene. Resists extreme temperatures between -13° and 194°F (-24° and 90°C).
The device is compact, making it easy to store and transport.
Cover the valve handle with the lockout device; apply a personal padlock and tag to ensure employee safety.
Includes danger tags in Spanish, English, and French.
