Icoptiks launch reels allow optical fiber measurements to be taken with an OTDR (Reflectometer) during the installation or certification of fiber optic cable laying.
Its application in reflectometric measurements minimizes the effects of the "dead zone" generated mainly by the OTDR's optical test pulse.
